We do not supply prescription-only medicines without a legitimate prescription. Providing false or misleading information on your health questionnaire is a serious matter and may result in termination of your account and referral to appropriate authorities.

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment systems.
Prices displayed include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, the price confirmed at checkout applies to your order.
We do not store your full payment card details on our systems.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, delivery will be made within 1 working day. Orders are not dispatched until pharmacist approval has been granted.
Delivery is available to UK addresses only. All medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging in compliance with pharmaceutical standards. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions or incorrect delivery addresses provided by you.
Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery.
You may cancel your order before pharmacist approval without charge. Once a prescription has been approved and the medication dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund on prescription items, in accordance with the Medicines Act 1968 and GPhC guidance.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
